Forum for Educational Change is a grassroots Civil Society Organization (CSO) that aims to contribute to the enhancement of the quality of higher education in North Macedonia and to empower students to contribute to the local and international community through their active participation in the decision-making processes. Since October 2022, we have opened the Youth Activism Center in Tetovo to offer young people a place to gather and be more active. We are excited to announce an open position for an Office Coordinator to manage and coordinate the activities at the Youth Activism Center in Tetovo.
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the Youth Activism Center in Tetovo. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing daily activities in collaboration with interns and team members, ensuring alignment with the Center’s goals. The Coordinator will also assist in preparing narrative reports, managing the Center’s calendar, and maintaining a well-organized office environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and facilitate effective communication between staff, interns, and external partners.
