Training Course “Everyday Economy”, April 26 to May 4, 2025; Kolin, Czech Republic

Forum for Educational Change opens a call for 3 youth workers for the upcoming “Everyday Economy” training course, taking place in Kolin, Czech Republic from April 26 to May 4, 2025 (including travel days). This seven-day training course is fully funded and focuses on equipping participants with essential economic, financial, and critical thinking skills. By strengthening your understanding of budgeting, common financial products (mortgages, insurance, investments), and practical economics, you will be better able to guide the young people you work with toward informed and responsible financial habits.

Through interactive workshops and peer-to-peer learning, you will explore engaging methods to teach economics and finance to non-economists. The training also offers plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow youth workers, share best practices, and establish networks for future collaboration. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance your personal and professional competencies while enabling you to pass these skills on to youth, helping them build a solid foundation for their future.

We welcome participants aged 18 and above, who possess at least an intermediate level of English and have a desire to expand their economic and financial knowledge. Whether you are an established youth worker, a volunteer, a teacher, or preparing to work with young people, this program will give you new tools and perspectives to make an impact. Don’t miss this unique chance to invest in your future—and in the futures of the young people you serve. Apply no later than the 14th of February 2025!
